Used loads of different ones…auto glym with iron x…however I believe Auto Finesse do a two-in-one product now…even better!? They also offer free postage which is nice!?

What’s the idea of a two in one product?

I use Sonax Xtreme wheel cleaner on any wheels that havent been looked after. Once that's done a couple of coats of ceramic sealant (currently like KKD R-Evolve) and you shouldn't need to use the Sonax again, just a wheel woolie and Car Pro reset, or similar to maintain the coating.

Kkd r evolve isn't a ceramic sealant. It's a proper full on ceramic coating. It's not something which can be done with the wheels on the car. I done all 4 wheels including barrels and it's not an easy application.

I didn’t find it any more difficult than any other ceramic sealant (KKD R-EVOLVE wheel and caliper ceramic coating is the name of the product)

Wheels need to come off for a decent result, I agree there.

Fair enough. I did find it difficult as the product does start setting quite quick dependant on outside temps. So you have to start buffing otherwise you might make wheels look worse than before. Once buffed the finish was amazing and the durability is probably the best out there.

I’m a convert to the Bilt Hamber product too. I’ve used lots, including a few that initially look and seem the same as BH…stuff like Dragon’s Breath, Dodo’s Ferrous Dueller etc. What I noted with the BH recipe is that it seems slightly better at staying on the wheel as it does it’s job, so unlike others you don’t need to give a follow up spray. Spray on, hose off, not even needed to agitate with soft brush. Less contact the better. Think I’ll be looking at the larger volume option in future.

I’ve got Bilberry (wasn’t a huge fan tbh!)

I’ve used Bilt Hamber Auto Wheels for 4+ years now- superb stuff
