Well I have been looking for a special M3 V8 my search has mainly been for a Frozen Silver. I have ventured out and seen quite a few, none have met my expectations.

In the meantime, and having owned many Porsches, I have always given advice on here that the Porsche 996 C4S is a hidden gem, super special and will go up in value, so why not put my money where my mouth is?? So I bought one a Rare colour, rare spec and low miles. I will post up soon, but for now, and to this day - no 911 Arse looks better !!

Great shout Boba. These certainly seem to be returning to popularity after 5-6 years of being unfavoured.

Check out latest YT clip from TGETV and some choice mods he’s made. Looks perfect (except interior colour).

Yes, a long time ago I had a 996 Turbo, had it 8 years because it plumited in value (because of the headlights and first water cooled) but now they have hit modern classic status, the headlights are like the SMG on a CSL, they are ok, and accepted!!

Always thought the C4s is unique and a looker.

I’ll check out the vid though mate. Thanks.

    I’m a very jealous man!

I’ve been pinning after one for ages, - timing was never quite right and now they seem to be really climbing up the leader again in price.

For absolute years, everyone.. even the press hated on the 996, But for some reason it’s always been my favourite - I think just like the e46, it’s the perfect generation of technology era.

The 964 and 993 are just dreamy but I think I would end up in a ditch loosing my whole life’s
    Savings lol.

    Congratulations!

Look forward to seeing the pictures.

I think they will climb in price some more, so I would say get in quick, it is the most talked about model, that is reasonable to buy that is expected to rise in value.

Looking forward to seeing it. Top of my list once the M6 sells. I should have did it years back before buying the M3 and regret not doing it.

Congrats a very special car and personal to me as it was my first Porsche a seal grey in manual with black leather and sports exhaust .

Picked it up from Porsche Hatfield 6 months old shortly after my 25 th birthday was an amazing car . Sadly i felt too precious over it and did not use it as much as i should have :(

    Looking forward to the pics

Surprisingly not. But I think that's because my bmw indy is top class and I have good knowledge of bmw's. Never owned a Porsche and never know how much of the 996 IMS and bore score tales I should believe.

I worried about my M5 every time I turned the key, but the 996 M96 does have issues and you need to tread carefully that’s for sure!

What are the musts? Just IMS or other work. I see a lot of adverts with radiator and AC changes. They look a right pain of a job.
I've alrady got it in my head that I want a manual. My last 3 cars have been auto, SMG and DCT.
