Temp insurance help please

Hi Guys,

While my M2 is for sale, I have my F30 330D temporarily insured but it's £214 for 2 weeks or £165 for a week.

Any ideas on how to insure it cheaper? My insurance company 'Safely insured' won't insure two cars at the same time while one sells.

Insure it for a year on monthly, then cancel it when done?

Not a bad idea but it might only be for a week or two, all the fees and cancellation they add really add up
