They are very nice bits of kit.

The callipers come in a choice of red, black and now silver.

I really couldn't decide, had black before thought the silver would clash with my Silverstone car, so thought why not got Red!!

I think red is the classic AP colour, all the ones I have seen have been red and they are stunning. Thinking about sticking them on mine now. DAMN!

Yep, that’s what Ime waiting for, on balance when you consider cost and possible problems I would prefer these to CCBs.

They're also better than ccbs ;) but yeah I love them. Had the back stock calipers painted to match, couldn't quite handle the expense of AP rears with the rest of the kit going on the car. Don't ask.

Well, lets hope they are good, they need to be!!!!

Yeah, the rears are a real indulgence really, but I wanted the the look to be honest. I had a front AP kit on my E92 and was always going to get a rear kit, but never did, so this time I just decided to jump in with both feet, although never understand why the front and rear are near enough the same price :bh:

They vary a little depending upon the spec you go for, but any kit is really very decent, pictures don't do them justice, you need to pick the components up to really appreciate the quality.

There is a set of CCB callipers and steel discs made into an F8* kit for sale on here, I was looking at that, but I think I always had my heart set on AP's and I might be the only one who doesn't really love the CCB calliper or colour

Still torn between the AP and Alcons, Alcons are cheaper (by around £600 for the front / rear set up) but a pain to pad change, however don't have pad rattle.

I've had good experience on both and can use same pads.

No rattle here, what are the disk specs on the Alcon, not as good as AP I believe?

My Intrax is noisy at low speed anyway, pad changes are key for me, so a bit of pad rattle will have to do. Although, these have anti-rattle clips

In what way are the AP’s better would you say?
