    Sod it. Bought it. £95 posted can’t be that bad. Half the rrp and looks very similar to the Geoff steel one.

    Hows the shifter??? Is it like a really short click shift change like a cae/rtd?? Or is it just a shorter than stock shift with a long handle if you know what I mean.

    It’s ok. It’s somewhere in between what you describe. Uses the original shift arm off the gearbox and mounts to the chassis. It is nice and tight and much shorter but not as short as a cae. If you get the shorter link arm then I’d image it would be on a par with the cae at the fraction of the price.
    However it does vibrate when the gearbox is cold so you need to keep your hand on it or the radio turned up
