This is a disgrace- i was stung about 2yrs ago on another forum but luckily it was only for £40 but thats not the point!
Its all based on trust and its a pity when some people abuse it!
Ive bought loads on here and sold loads and never had any issues (touching a piece of wood)!!
Id name n shame- if they feel hard done by they can pipe up n explain themselves as by the sounds of it its their own doing!
Hopefully it'll all come good mate GL :)

This is dreadful if there are no real reasons for not being straight with you. The odd things I've bought or had done by Cutters I've always found they are really good guys. It's such a shame some people don't have a conscience, especially when dealing with like-minded enthusiasts. I would hope they would sort this out for you.
Oh and thank you for giving me a special mention in your greeting at the start

If you ban the seller, will it not be harder for the buyer to contact them?

That's the only problem I see for the buyer, other than that yes i'm sure the forum is better off without them

Exactly, more chance of a good outcome if the seller is allowed to decent himself by reading this.

Also, what's to stop them making a new I'd and trading on here again?

Feedback is what is needed, I've seen it work on numerous other forums.

It's probably too late for the one who's already been named - he's not been a member that long or made many posts - probably isn't that bothered about hanging around now this has happened - which is why you should PM a mod/admin first.

Having said that, as ever there are always two sides to a story, so we should wait for their replies now.

On a separate note, the iTrader system looks pretty good.
