The black seat belts in one of my other cars has been bleached by the sun. Anyone know of a recolouring technique that won’t affect their integrity...or leave stripes on your T shirt?

I used a paint brush and painted it on but you can use a sponge or a rag soaked in it if you want....

It wipes off plastic so if you have a mis hap then it's all good

Just wondering if I could apply it lightly on the top surface which is bleached without trying to soak it through to the inner surface.

You could always get a small bottle and pull the belt right out so you wouldn't see it and do a test patch?
