Santa Pod BMW show June 2021

@suraj and everyone, I'm willing to book us a club stand at Santa Pod this June, because I haven't done any meets for a while, and organise everybody's tickets etc. If ok?



I know its a long way off yet and we can't even be certain it'll definately happen, but I think its a fairly good bet that we'll be okay for car meets by June.

Its good to see there's a bit of interest. Santa Pod online Booking Office is still closed. But we just have to wait and see. As soon as there is news myself or @lambert will let you know.

Just checked again. Tickets still not on sale yet. But the vibe coming from Boris et al seems fairly positive at the moment, so I'm feeling hopeful.

 

Looks like this is booked a week too early after boris’s recent announcement, I really don’t want to miss yet another one of these.

112.Hospitality venues will be able to open for outdoor service, with no requirement for a substantial meal to be served alongside alcoholic drinks, and no curfew. The requirement to order, eat and drink while seated (‘table service’) will remain.

120.In Step 3, all but the most high-risk sectors will be able to reopen. In all sectors,COVID-Secure guidance will remain in place and premises must not cater for groups larger than the legal limits. Sectors which will reopen include:

Indoor hospitality, with no requirement for a substantial meal to be served alongside alcoholic drinks, and no curfew. The requirement to order, eat and drink while seated (‘table service’) will remain;

Remaining outdoor entertainment, such as outdoor theatres and cinemas;

Remaining accommodation, such as hotels, hostels and B&Bs

Some large events, including conferences, theatre and concert performances and sports events.

outdoor events with a capacity of either 50% or 4,000 people, whichever is lower.

The Government will also make a special provision for large, outdoor, seated venues where crowds can be safely distributed, allowing up to 10,000 people or 25% of total seated capacity, whichever is lower.
