No messing around with the upgrades! Did you buy the agency exhaust from eBay? I believe it may have been fitted to my CSL at one point....

Excellent upgrades. How good are the panel gaps? If you were to paint them could they pass for originals?

Add another one for that, would love to attempt that before I put mine back together. Currently doing similar mods to you with TRW arms going in, all new front end, purple tag steering rack, m performance claipers, h&r arb etc

How did you find the mods over standard? The rear brakes look great, tempted to do that to mine now!

Not bad at all, I think you would tell if you went looking though. I have it away getting them lined up at the moment so I will report back.

Massive difference altogether but I did everything nearly in one go so didn't get the see the individual benefits of each mod.

No, but the exhaust was removed from the CSL I bought, as part of the deal I wanted a new standard item fitted. The seller later told me he’d put it onto eBay

Ya I would presume that's it. It's fairly loud but sounds very good and there is a massive weight saving.

Good for road use and excellent quality but the springs were just far too soft for track use.

    Love the work done here.

Can you give any information on your red scissor lift? Brand/Manufacturer? Do you rate it?

    Cheers, Dave

I think it's a Taranto lift. Can't fault it anyways, much better job than a 2 post in my opinion. Takes up less space, easier to put stuff on it (no real lining it up). If sunk in the ground suits low cars better too. Very few jobs that can't be done on it or are more awkward. Just can sometimes get stuck with the likes of the rear cross brace on the e46 the bolts are on the ramps so need to jack the rear higher to get at them.

Just a small update, I got a rear strut brace, I tried a powdercoat colour to see if it would match the phoenix yellow brakes but its not that close so will probably paint it when getting a cage.

Picked up 6 new ngk plugs and a braided clutch line
    [IMG]

Also got a csl rear diffuser to change from the ACS one
    [IMG]

I had the car out in the bodyshop to fix the rear arch where there was a small dent since I got it, I also got the top window trims painted gloss black while it was there.

    Your project is developing excellently!

I purchased a similar strut brace from eBay, but unfotrtuently the holes were in the wrong location and I had to return it.

Where did you get those carbon front wings from?
