A few photos from my maintenance diary over at Eurostyletuning.com i thought I would share as I spend half of my day on here reading up on threads.

I jonied the M3 Cutters community as I found this forum to be more helpful, have less people bickering and more quality content compared to the U.S M3 Forums.
Props to M3 Forums for all the info they have but for me, the Cutters is where i call home.

Coming from an E39 M5 and now driving an E46 M3 i've finally found the car that ticks all boxes :D

Le Mans Edition "One Of 30"
I was a little unsure on what this meant when I purchased the car so after trying to search on the internet on what it was I couldn't find anything about a "Le Mans Edition" E46 M3 so I decided to head into the BMW dealership in Sydney to see if they could shed some light on these so called limited edition cars.
After running a VIN number check the parts manager explained that some facelift model M3's that had the BMW Individual Le Mans Blue paint chosen were issued with a commemorative plaque and a booklet with pictures of the BMW Team PTG Le Mans M3.
Sadly there wasn't anything "better" or different about this model besides the BMW Individual paint and some memorabilia. But nevertheless, the plaque inside the car always gets passengers talking.

The car I once drove in Need For Speed...

Is the car I now drive in real life.

    Hey welcome!

I've never seen a LeMans Blue E46 M3, defiantly my favourite BMW colour around this age, I used to have a leMans Blue sport exclusive 05 X5. It's a shame they didn't make any for the UK as I'd have one!!!!

Lovely car and great photos, Thanks for sharing!

    Damn, that is lovely mate.

Shame about the countries choice of number plate styling!

I think you can get a smaller plate holder up front for that to fit properly, or just remove the holder completely.

    Thanks a lot man :)
A Le Mans blue X5! Wicked.
Was it hard to keep the paint looking good on the X5?

    Thanks chief!
Now i've just gotta figure a way to align my front bumper. It's a bit retarded at the moment :(

Haha thanks Matty. All i need is to fix my front bar and i'll be happy.

Hahaha yeah the number plates here are weird. This number plate style is actually called the "slim" look one and attracts an extra $100 per year.
The standard "yellow" ones are even worse. Unless you have a yellow car or something :D
Here's a pic of the standard New South Wales yellow one on an M3.

Btw, very envious of your digital tellie upgrade. Going to attempt this myself next month. Hopefully i don't blow something up :D
