Anyone know anything about these? I change my daily driver regularly due to the millage I do and it gives me a chance to experience lots of different cars but I haven't been enjoying this 5 series i'm in. I really fancy a little runaround and keep looking at these Panda 100hp things they seem so cool and remind me of the Saxo VTR I had when I was 19.

Will they fit a pram and shopping?

They are a great little drivers car, a very cool little hatch.

Don't know anything about Prams and shopping though.

I’ve bought an Abarth 500 with 135BHP and a Monza exhaust. Absolute hoot of a car, fits me fine and I’m 6’2” and had more than my fair share of pies!.... can fit family of four in (headroom is a but restricted in the back so kids or short adults only)..

Mine is 7 years old, 60k miles and puts a smile on my face every time I drive it... Try one, you won’t regret it...

Great but gutless when you've driven anything turbo or with torque.

I'd have one as a stop gap and probably keep it. It'll be the car I buy if my m3 blows up

Great little car, handles so well and is great fun!

Parts are cheap and fairly reliable, get cambelt and waterpump done and your good to go!

Go and look at one to see if the boot is big enough. Their boxy shape means they feel a decent size for people but the boot is pretty small.

My sister had one ( just a normal one not a 100 ) and sold it when she popped out a sprog.

The engines are quite sweet, my mum had a punto sporting with the same 1.4 16v engine and it quite enjoyed a thrashing.

A friend of mine has one of these for his wife and they both love driving it, I think its pretty good on fuel as well.

He has had his for around 5 years now and when I last mentioned it, he had no plans to replace it. Hasn't had any problems other than scheduled servicing and consumables like tyres & brakes. Quite a decent looking car, his is black.

Thanks for the feedback all  low mileage ones don't pop up often when a good one does i think I'll snap it up. I tested the double buggy in a neighbours Panda and it fit when i stood it up in the boot with room for a bit shopping either side! Only 4 seats though i didn't realise. Neighbour asked if i was sure i want to go from an M sport 5 series daily to a panda:muttley:

Love the retro coolness about them. Unfortunately when I was looking for a daily I couldn’t find a decent one, and Missus said she wouldn’t be seen driving in one so had to get a 500 instead:mad:

I've had to knock the idea on the head for now because I still need a family car so I would only use it for commuting since its a 4 seater and I'm running out of space for 4 cars unfortunately.

i bought my eldest son one of these back in 2008, as his first car. Petrol head dad takes son to buy cheap panda ends up buying the bright red 100hp.
He still has it has no intention of selling, its been very reliable.
rear wheel bearings go, and recently it had a starter.
you can thrash it but you wont lose your license.

I went and bought one anyway :muttley:

Missus couldn't drive the 5 series so it was a perfect excuse. So far its given me a few giggles. Put some photos up in the pictures section:thumbsup:
