Spotted an oil leak from the upper tensioner bolt by the thermostat housing, currently having heart failure incase it comes out completely, anyone got any information on replacement and anything special i need to be aware of? I have replaced mine with new bolt and crush washer, it's very simple but you will have to remove the engine bracket and top of thermostat housing 3 bolts so you will lose coolant and best to replace the rubber O ring, your also need to top up your coolant and bleed the system, I also changed my thermostat at the same time not a necessity if yours is ok but I thought why I'm in there might as well go whole hog.

Ps....... don't panic it won't back out completely as it can't it just hits the thermostat housing ;)

I hope that helps a little, good luck with it
