Bought my E92 M3 dct from Sutherland MPower in Bristol a few weeks back and brought it back home to Holmfirth, West Yorkshire

Saw the car advertised and then we went into lockdown :( So had to be ever so patient to wait for lockdown to finish before I could get down there and trade in my BMW m135i

Great guys to deal with + couldn't wait to get back to naturally aspirated (used to have a BMW 130i) but this is my 1st ever v8 - it certainly doesn't disappoint especially the way it goes up the mighty Holme Moss just down the road from me - what a car

Lovely example, Sutherlands only up the road from me and their new premises is incredible - lovely stock.

You had a decent drive home then to get used to the new car! How do you find it after the 135i??

Many thanks  Yes you're right some very very nice gear at Sutherland's - far too many other distractions once you get there got to stay focused on the car you've come to see + not let your eyes wander it wasn't easy tho :)

Its a lovely place Sutherland's + really nice guys to deal with - you lucky having it so close to you I'd be so tempted to keep popping in + browsing

Had my m135i for 12 months I enjoyed it - it really is a pocket rocket - all far too easy to put your foot down + its off down the road like a scalded cat

Glad I tried one but I had to have a v8 for the sound for the drama for the experience - every journey is an occasion in that M3 :D

I've not met them, but when I missed out on an E46 M3 Josh there took me through the pros and cons of that car and the E93. Really friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, especially given they didn't have any of those cars in stock at the time. Gave me a bit to think about, which led ultimately to the my E93.

All of which brings me back on topic, I'm obviously a huge fan of Silverstone, and if I'm brutally honest it looks even better on your E92 than it does on mine. Congratulations, looks absolutely stunning.

Many thanks for the reply Mark

Your car looks in really amazing condition - what a low miler as well - that must be quite rare an E93 in Silverstone? Bet you're loving it with the top down what fantastic weather for it

I was always going for the E92 and like them best in either Silverstone or White so it was only ever going to be 1 of those 2 colours for me - but the Silverstone won it in the end + probably had to pay more for it simply coz there aren't many around or there haven't really been since I started looking around Christmas time

I dealt mostly with Jack at Sutherland mpower a really nice guy - its such a zero pressure sales experience with them I appreciated that and would definitely buy from them again

    Happy motoring :D

Cheers for the kind words. The Silverstone was quite popular in the vert it seems, but mainly with black leather. The blue grey leather just seemed so much better for the open top.

I've always been very sceptical of white cars, but there's something about this M3's shape that just works. My best mate just bought a 92 comp in white, looks great with the wheels. Almost as good as Silverstone.

Yep got to agree looking at your pictures again that blue grey leather looks really nice against the Silverstone - a really nice combination with the top down - think it would be a bit wasted on the coupe - don't mind the black leather this time round so much tho as I've just got out of a silver M135i with red interior so this is a nice change

Been busy with mine so far - some deep cleaning going on had the clay mitt over it and have also been under the back end polishing the exhaust tips + back box! Next job is to get them sealed whilst they are still nice + shiny
