Cheers, I'm still not convinced. I am trying to love them.
Thought so, never realised you had such a cool collection of cars. Fair play mate.
My seats are for sale
Out and ready to go:
...but what next?
...and the new ones are in. Over the moon to finally have a set.
Today I installed Tecnocraft carbon fibre Envy cabin filter covers
Overall, I am very happy with the fit and finish.
Never enough carbon fibre
cars looking great, ill have to see this in person one day, up the beacons maybe?
Awesome, What brace is that out of interest??
Yes, but it will have to be next month. Luke in his Schirmer will probably be up for a drive out too.
Seats in and coded. Well happy with them, but they are really hard to take a decent pic of!!
Really struggling with what next? Maybe some e88's or Intrax.
Go for the intrax, car looks great btw!
Congrats on the seats they look stunning and so does the car.
Look forward to reading more
What are those silver wheels? I like them.
Standard 359 genuine Competition Pack’s running AD08r’s.
So.....a better seat pic
...and some rolling shots from the other night
Using her most days at the moment and loving it. I just hate that it's such a risk leaving it in carparks...
A few updates since my last post.
Me, the family and the M3 have spent plenty of time in country pub carparks On this particular night I was with my mate in his M5 and I happened to have the drone with me, so I took a few pics. The comparison of the footprint of the two cars is quite surprising.
In June I had a minor service. I don't trust main dealers at all, and prefer to use my trusted friends for everything. The Ramp Room is a local business that hires out ramps, stores precious cars but is also a Porsche specialist. I have to admit that on this occasion I didn't get my hands dirty myself and left it to them.
Whilst she was up in the air I also replaced the centre rubber exhaust mounts as they were a bit tired. Tbh, the Akropovic mounting is so over engineered they were not needed, but I like everything to be perfect on the car so they had to be done.
Next up was wheels. For a while I have been running around on the Silver Comp Packs with AD08's but I missed the black ones I had sold. I therefore managed to source another set which I promptly had refurbed in matte black and at the same time, I had some new MPSS fitted.
As Amy Winehouse would have said, I am Back To Black for the moment.
Finally, here is my favourite shot of the car for a while. It was taken on the same night as the rolling shots above, but my mate only recently got a chance to edit it.
I hope everyone reading is getting the chance to enjoy their M's in this glorious weather.
Stunning car . Soo clean
Absolutely stunning!!! Where do you get those seats from.. i need those in my car immediately!!!
