Looked online for service parts, checked the usual suspects, however, being as Opie are forum sponsors I took the decision to order with them even though they were more expensive than my local Eurocarparts.
Ordered online, very easy at stupid o’clock. 7 items for the wife’s car to carry out a service. Box arrived promptly which was excellent.
Opened the box, removed 4 items!!!
Contacted Opie via chat, informed they had “forgot” the other 3 items :bugeye:

not quite the experience I would like to repeat

sadly won’t be a returning customer.

    Thats a shame.

Ordered some Motul RBF from them the other day and came the next day. Never had any issues like that in the past either.

    That's a shame.

I've had a great service with Opie compared to many. Everyone can make a mishap at times, and now, going by mates of mine in the trade, it's very hard to keep up with demand with the current measures in place, if you are busy.

Such a shame, I have used them in the past, not a very regular customer I must admit, excellent service tho, had an email to say the missing parts have been dispatched, still waiting....

I was amazed when I ordered with opies that they gave a little pack with funnel, gloves and a rag for an oil change. Thought it was very well thought out

To make a mistake once, fair enough,
    To do it again
    NOT good

Credit where it’s due; had a 10% refund for inconvenience. Much appreciated
