Great cars I miss mine, very comfy and very fast. I went straight from a performance pack 6.2 C63 facelift to one of these and the E63 was miles apart in terms of being more modern feeling inside and the way it piled on speed.
I still remember picking mine up and on the way home a **** with a gold wrapped i8 and the number plate R1CH wanted to play and when I say the E63 blew it away that’s not an understatement.
I think they look great aswell, real presence on the road, I was surprised being turbo how it still had 85% or so of the C63’s growl and bark aswell.

Hmm interesting. I may enquire and see how much it would cost as I would quite like to do it properly...

Aye they’re all showing now. Looks great, fairly understated and I think it’s because it’s silver.

    Cheers

Thanks bro. Yeah, the noise more than makes up for that though haha. I am thinking of taking it to Paul to remove the resonators but just a little hesitant as I don't want to effect the warranty.

I bet it does, they certainly know how to make a good sound. The trouble with them though is I don’t think two sound the same so you never know what it will turn out like. I was stood in front of two C63’s, both with standard systems and one sounded like it had its resonators cut out compared to the other.

    Cheers

There's something very right about the big AMGs in pearl white with the gloss black pack.

So I attempted to stick the badges on, this time with more success. The new badges came with a clear film, however, when peeling the back off the film wasn't strong enough to keep hold of the letters. Not a great start. However, I persevered and I am happy with the outcome:

Nice, only in the U.K. where there are dark black clouds everywhere do we consider the weather decent...

The badges look good, I’m thinking about getting a black badge for my car but it’s a minefield on eBay and it would be very easy to end up with a shite one.

    Cheers

Met up with a mate who has a Model 3 (standard model). We have been having banter for a while now as to who had the faster car so after a mini 'photoshoot' we decided to check. The E63 won :D
