Sorry to hear about this. I'm glad you and your family are ok.
The Police aren't all bad, 3 idiots tried to rob my RS4 B7 saloon, the Police caught them and all 3 are now banged up.

Thats awful, hope you and the family arent too shaken from this. I know when there was an attempt on our home it the kids were worried for days. God knows how they would have been if they actually managed to take any of the cars.

    Cheers guys.

Ghost or no ghost if they are adamant they are going to take it they will do anything necessary to take it.

Yesterday I was angry that I didn’t hear them wake up and crack some skulls but having cooled off a bit, its the best possible out come to a ****ty incident. I was able to get my kids to school with out them being none the wiser. No one had to witness it or there was no violence.

Forensics found a small foot print amongst the bigger ones most likely of 10-12 year old which I found odd?

As for insurance they go it’s the first triple theft they have dealt with and have been on the ball so far. Let’s see what they come back with in regards to settlement numbers.

Please PM me if you can help please!

Or if any one else is happy to suggest what I should be aiming for? Don’t want to be out of pocket because of these little c*nts

They have tried to nick my 430d and M2c around 5 times now.

I find spikes on fences and gates the most effective method of slowing them down or deterring them totally. The front doors and front windows are too small to get in without serious issues and noise.

Unfortunatley the world we live in, violence does solve some issues but not all.

Absolute scum to come back and steal not 1 motor but 3, the cheek of it.

OP - feel for you man, I had my works van stolen off of the drive way in broad daylight, secured with an alarm and immobiliser but was overcome within minutes.

its got less of an issue now the estate has more homes on it. Also a car theif who sees the spikes i have hidden on the fence must think twice about what is waiting for him beyond that point. When he tried to climb over i found a blood trail around 100m long down the road. It must have been pretty badly cut given the volume and speed it was dripping :muttley:

Well 3 were attempts to steal the car. 1 Relay, 1 trying front doors and windows and 1 trying to get around the back. The other 2 could have been just trying their luck that i left car open.

    All different looking people.

Did the cops get any of the blood for DNA profiling purposes? That's pretty good evidence right there.
Although saying that, the thieves were only trying to break into your house and steal a car. They've got more important things to do, like Police Twitter for words that hurt and incorrect use of gender pronouns. Things that really matter.

Something like this. Mine arent for sale any more it seems.

Its a shame you have kids because if you didnt you can grind them to razors and then let them rust a little and for extra flavour spread fox/dog shat along the edges. This should seed it with plenty of seriously nasty germs which will live in the rust for many years waiting for a victim.
