    chargers all fitted now and decided to go for the factory install look so used that vht wrinkle finish on the manifold god stuff wrinkles as it dries

    Chris it weighs about a 1000kg with a near on 50/50 distribution tractions as much as you dare but nice hot 888s on 10 inch rims and an LSD helps a bit

    Low comp pistons 9.1 going in and a set of arrow rods and arp bolts and studs :D

    There JE good price to £650 a set with pins and rings 1/2 mm oversize so a nice fresh bore happening as we speak, FYI Ben and others IMO boosted S54s do crack the piston ring lands (high compression) take a close look at the pistons it had been breathing for a few months but still achieving 11.4 126mph 1/4 mile

    Fantastic. I owned the Datsun Samurai 260Z that was tested by motor magazine. Plate ended in rbc. It had 3 webbers, gas flowed head etc and a 0 to 60 in 6.5 secs, 150mph. In its day it was quick, I loved the shark front and the dash was way ahead of its time. Thanks for the write up, it takes me back, and these cars even modded are so valuable as you know.

    All the pistons were like that, cracked lands, as for the ecu specialist components with a phormula knock sensor incorporated, controls the vanos and easy to manage on the laptop :thumbsup:

    ITS ALL BUILT AND BACK IN,RUN IN AND HAD A DAY AT THE POD ON SUNDAY SHE IS FLYING NOW 1.69 60 FOOT 127 MPH AND A FEW THOUSANDTHS FROM A TEN SECOND CAR AND ITS STILL RUNNING A HIGH COMP MAP
