As per the title I am looking for a M Power specialist in London / Greater London area.

I’m after one which offers the following:
    • Good quality workmanship
    • Good customer service
    • Reasonably priced
    • Open on Saturdays
    • Courtesy car service.
Will even consider a Main Dealer, as long as the name of the Master Tech is also mentioned.

I am finicky about who works on my car, so please don’t mention garages which do not tick at least 4 out of the 5 of the above boxes or those located outside of London.

Cheers, but they don’t open on Saturday and don’t offer courtesy car either thus not what I’m looking for.

    Any others?

ETA motorsport tick three of your boxes, based just outside London near Brands Hatch in Kent.
No Saturdays, No courtesy cars but will give you a lift to the nearest train station so maybe a three and half..
Personally I would (and do) make a sacrifice to use these guys as they are worth the effort.

I think any garage with those criteria’s will definitely not be reasonably priced...try bmw park lane (battersea garage), one of the few bmw dealers with a good reputation

Park Lane wanted £950 to change a rear lower arm and a KDS alignment.

They’re a bunch of jokers that live off the name buddy.

Sytner Harold Wood if near enough. I've built up a good relationship with key people there over the years. Roger Wrey is their most experienced Master Tech but he's doing less and less work these days. I too am very picky when it comes to who works on my cars. If you speak to Harold Wood Service (not the rubbish Sytner central reservation people) and ask for Roger to work on your car and mention the service you want; I'm sure they'll listen to you and your requirements.

Cheers for the update. Good to know there are some good Main Dealers out there, albeit few.

In the end I came to the conclusion that there just simply isn’t any garage which ticks all of the above, and so have decided to go back to BMS Surrey in Leatherhead who have never disappointed me.

ETA really know there stuff I can’t doubt that but they are a nightmare to get a quote etc for work.

I have called / messaged on many occasions for work quotes to be told they will get back to me soon and they never to get back to me with a price etc. This has happened twice now so I have given up trying them now. :(

Check out BMS Surrey in Leatherhead.

It’s run by a ex Cobham BMW Master Tech who knows his stuff and most importantly works on your car also. Never had any issues in obtaining a quote from them either, whether over the phone or via email. I just wish they were open on Saturdays but you can’t have it all!

I know it’s a real shame but I guess they are super busy, I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but unfortunately it happened the second time as well which has put a bit of a downer on it.
