I was with LV until a year ago on the M4CS, the price went right up so I went to AXA, then I changed to the e92 and AXA were very expensive so I ended up back with LV :muttley:

    Mine shot up too.

However if you go through the new quote process on their website and add full business use, it dropped mine by £200!

SO I cancelled the renewal and took out a new policy. Still £650 which is a p;ss take from the £425 I paid for my F80 M3 and £450 for my M2.

I'm with LV until the beginning of November. Renewal email came, nothing like has been mentioned though. It had, however, gone up for next year to just shy of £400.
I sort out all the insurance for our cars. Mine, the wife’s & our daughters.
Up until now we’ve all had separate policies, usually with LV or Admiral, as they’re always the cheapest for us.
Daughters was done in May, she’s 22 & has an A class Merc. Changed to Admiral at £550. Wifes was done in July, again moved to Admiral, £196 for her 2 series convertible.
My M4 is due beginning of November. Best quote this time, you guessed it, Admiral, at £358.
I had a problem processing mine from the Gocompare website so had to pick up the phone & speak with an Admiral advisor.
    So glad I did!
New mulicar policy starting first week in November.
£224 for mine, £64 for the wifes, and £220 for the daughters.
I was, quite frankly, amazed with this.
We each keep & build our own NCB, have the same excesses as before & all the same drivers & level of comprehensive cover.
    It really was a no-brainier.
I'm under no illusion that come renewal next year it'll be a different story. But I'll shop around as usual, only it'll be once instead of 3 times, which isn't all bad.

Mine is with LV, just had a renewal which was about a grand until I called them and got it to about £950... I have multi car with them, a few claims in last three years of which one was a stolen car, a non fault on my daily and then another where we were at fault and they still renewed both.

also tried the usual comparison sites and they were cheaper by 10% on the m3
