Heard about this earlier, one beginning of August as well. If it's sunny I'll be there in my E30 325i hopefully and then probably the E36 the month after.

What cars are you guys in so I know who to look out for, all M3s?

I've still not bought anything so if I'm there will just be a crappy polo diesel.
    Depends on the weather tbf.
I've also booked to go to tunerfest at Oulton Park if anyone is up for going. £19 tickets and plenty on

Will probably be more of a supercars meet anyway with us peasants not allowed to show our cars off ha so doesn't matter what we drive. Hopefully it's decent weather or else I won't bother, been waiting all year for some meets to start.

The market atm has gone stupid so I'm reluctant to spend top money for it to depreciate even more so. I really want v10 for the time being but I'm not far off my 996T which I've wanted for a very long time so the longer it stays like this the more I save.
But looking at new year for another toy now I think.

I can see the newer and normal cars to drop in values next year but the classics and performance cars are only going to rise imo. Most have shot up a lot in the past 12 months but the market won't crash, rare cars will always be worth money. A 996tt was on my list earlier in the year but I didn't want to service a Porsche every year whilst I'll do 1k miles max in it so decided against it, absolutely love them though and 997s so good luck with your search. Plenty about so the prices should stay the same so no need to rush.

Will have to wait and see. Horrible not having a half decent car atm been 14 months without the m3 and I've looked at all sorts . So many times I want to go for a drive or plan something and don't have anything to use for some fun.

Hopefully see you boys if the weathers nice anyway

Most of the fun is searching for a car so don't worry too much, this year has been a write off anyway so at least when you get back into something everywhere will be open as normal.

Hopefully see you in a few weeks

I've been to a couple of these meets before. The guy is really sound and friendly. Theres a complete mix of cars, jap, stance, ratrod, euro etc a few bikes. Only a handful of super cars to be honest. Best of all there isnt a million fords banging their nuts off.
I'll be in my track m3 if it's nice weather. Theres usually way over 100 cars and people coming and going all day.

That's good to hear Rob, thought it might of been similar to the Shackletons meets.

Hopefully I'll see you there, look forward to seeing what you've done to the M3.

Newbie here! Any meets coming up soon? Im in sunny Liverpool and the meetup scene here is dire as far as I can see.
I'd love to see some of your motors, picked up my e92 about a month back and its been straight in the garage for rod bearings and TAs so I've only just had it back, need an excuse to put some miles on it :drive1:

Congrats on the new purchase. Keep an eye on this page as we will usually host Sunday drives, however due to the pandemic it's been very quiet lately. Keep an eye out on the general section and m3 meet section

If you've had a look further up the page there is a meet happening at RDH detailing on Sunday.
Failing that Tunerfest in Oulton Park is a good event to go to which isn't too far from yourself either.

I won't be there on Sunday, got bloody covid :bh: next two weekends are a write off for me now. Hopefully there's a meet beginning of August at the same place so I can go to that one.

Is there any interest in a nc500 trip or Wales run in October?
Appreciate its short notice hence asking before jumping the gun.

I'd definitely be interested, I'm supposed to be working over in America for a few weeks at some point but if if doesn't overlap I'll be there.
