my daily was written off the other month , but i brought it back and has been on the road ever since ,my insurance is up for renewal , and the company im with wants £220 more than i can get it elsewhere , when you go on comparison web sites they dont ask about cat write offs , so do they need telling or do they already know by the number plate ,

I claimed on one, my first car was a cat D and I stacked it.

I said well you never asked me if it was a write off when I applied for the premium, so why would I disclose it?

    They paid out.
