Black or Silverstone interior would work best, imo
Indeed, hence still unsold and a further £10k off. Takes someone to really want that combo. And seems not many do.

TBH you could take another £15k off and I still would not be interested.

I might be wrong… but I think that’s Frozen Dark Grey, where most of the cars around nowadays are Frozen Pure Grey (which is much lighter)
Correct 2 different matte grey colours and the one to have is DARK frozen grey imo

I kind of like it!

The exterior colour and interior colour are amongst the best available… in isolation. I agree the combination together is a bit challenging.

Still, I could live with it!

If interest rates were better and I could get another £10k off then I'd be picking it up.

lol it has to be a cancelled order. No dealer in their right mind would spec it like that.

That for me is the best Stevie wonder spec’d car I have seen!!

I said this would happen a few months back. It was suggested by some I only had £55k to spend because I thought a nice g80 would be early 50’s by new year.

Not the case at all. Just scared of flushing cash down the toilet.

If WBAC don’t want stock that tells you where the market is.

Interest rates are never going back to the lows we’ve had.

@KRK you should go ahead buy a g80 m3 honestly you’d be very happy with one.

Whether you buy a g80 m3 new or used, the desired affects I can report to you are “Identical” meaning you’ll love it.

Worrying about depreciation will never make you like the car.

Im not usually worried about depreciation. Car allowance covered 50-75% of my costs in the past. I bought a new v6 brera at 24 because I loved it knowing it wasn’t the best drive and a really bad idea financially.

If anything I’ve been financially irresponsible in the past. M3’s have been the cars I’ve lost least on.

Difference is I’m paying cash for cars now and have no car allowance. I also don’t do many miles. Makes depreciation more painful.

I’ve been looking at all sorts over the last few months. If I see a g80 with spec I like I could be tempted. Seen loads when I wasn’t looking to buy.

Will probably end up in a 911. Other cars I’m considering are g80, vantage and R8 v10 plus. Not sure the last one would be a wise choice as much as I like them.

Going to keep my Amarok for domestic duties. Weird how much I like that thing.

When you have a pickup it’s crazy how you grow to love them. They do everything a car does, float across potholes, nobody gives you any agro, look pretty cool.

I couldn’t go back to not having one!

I suspect it's the dealer principle's car as it has a little bit of mileage on it. My F80 (also purple silk) was the Cheltenham principle car prior to my ownership.

I'd have it, if interest rates weren't so crazy and it was a little cheaper.

Black interiors bore me, as do black wheels. I'd prefer Silverstone I admit, but I like that it's different.

It might have been ordered to run as a demonstrator but usually any car ordered as unsold stock (demo or otherwise) would tend to be in a popular colour and spec such that it can be more easily sold or swapped to another dealer.

Not a BMW
Not been here for a while but I get through cars pretty quick and fancied an G80 but the RRP on them… I found them just too much and looking at prices used now, I’m glad I didn't go for it now. Cheaper to buy used yes but high interest rates counter that.
I think the entire market has stagnated a bit now and many are stuck in no man’s land being in negative equity and no easy way out so are just sticking with what they have.
