Guildford's not far from me - I'm in Hastings on the South Coast so a couple of hours away. It would be good to have a meet up with the GTs. We could find a pub that's half-way for a meet? Maz is near the New Forest IIRC so fairly local too - not sure if his car is road worthy at the moment? Anyone else interested??

Chandlers of Hailsham is my local BMW dealer, I've used them a few times for parts and an airbag recall on my E46. Have you ever taken the car back there?

I've got a journal for the GT on here..

    Hi,
A meet up would be great,I would love to see some other GTs.I have not taken the car back to Chandlers as My local main Bmw dealer Vines is very close to me ,however the one time I took my car to them to be serviced I was very very disappointed with them from the lack of communication and the standard of their so called "technician's"work and also the very poor excuses that the service advisor gave me when I pointed out that the technician had failed to road test my car and had failed to re-set the steering wheel to the correct position after changing a steering coupling as part of a recall.
The problem with a main dealer is you do not get a choice of technician to work on your car so it is pot luck wether you get the recently trained "boy" that is more used to working on a 320i or a mature master technician with many years of experience.
I would much rather use a highly experienced specialist that is also a Bmw enthusiast as I have always done, to work on my car.

    Hello!

Newbie here! Just wondering if anyone was aware of anyone selling a Evo GT?

Not too fussed on condition as happy to recondition it, my preference is more towards the lower mileage ones.

Wanted to add to my current M collection and had an E36 323i Coupe in flat red when i was an 18 year old chav (!) so it's partly nostalgia as well!

Does anyone on here have my old car #38 now? I was in touch with the owner for a while but I think he’s moved it on.

Hi guys I just purchased No 48/50 a few weeks ago. It needs a bit of work but its a low miler 86k unmarked interior apart from the centre console wood peeling but its with full history and all the old invoices etc.

nice! I bought my GT Imola back in 2018 and paid a £30k premium over what the guy paid for it 5 years earlier.....! Hindsight is a great tool eh.
