Ah this was the one I was asking about a while ago when another member was talking about a sub £800 grp airbox!

Yes does look good. Been talking to Jason who own HRD this morning, sounds like he really knows his stuff.

    Two versions:

    1. Full phat with smaller rad and a few others bit > about 30hp extra and £1200
    2. Smaller collector, bolt-on > about 20hp extra and £550 (unpainted).

Both do wiithout MAF. Apparently run fine and safely without mapping but wouldn't get the full benefit. They use Chip Wizards for mapping, costs £350 but includes full session on the rollers.

This is the cheaper version, painted (£650)...

Really tempted, full airbox for little more than price of an Eventuri Intake.

    Group buy?

That is very tempting espicially for the price. Would join a group buy in the future but wouldn't be able to commit to one right now. Must buy a house this year!

Wonder if the full fat version with smaller rad would cause any issues on a road car in traffic etc?

I’d be interested in the full phat version. Could you break down exactly what you get in this kit and what extra is required to get this running correctly? For example mapping, anything extra for SMG, who would map this kit?

Count me in for a painted version! Id also be intersted to kow what else would be needed for this. Im assuming its the same requirements as a carbon airbox

Don't have the full details for the full phat kit, but defo smaller rad,, oil cooler pipes and larger collector. As said above, mapping by Chip Wizards, £350 inc rolling road session

Pretty sure it was £1200 but might have been £1400 - wasn't paying too much attention as I'm after the cheaper one.

I’ve spoken to Jason before he’s a good lad.

Are they now supplying the kit complete with a shortened rad?

surely if you go without the maf, you run a map sensor and then your stock ecu will not work with it. You will have to send your ecu off to be converted. Which I don't think has been included in that price. Then remapped by chipwizards, That is what I had to do. You will need to convert your existing MSS54 ECU to the MSS54HP ECU.

granted not carbon but 1200 is a great price for the race version if getting the rad and all the other bits given the price of other carbon boxes or cheap fiberglass boxes that use a cone filter on the end of them like the one I have for one of my S50s.

Does anybody know if he does a full race version for the S50b32 in an E36?
