Help, vibrations while driving

So i recently had the car in for a full suspension overhaul.

All control arms, tie rods, drop links, bushes (except the ones thay require a subframe drop) and lowering springs.

Brand new set of bbs cir with ps4s all round.

I get a vibration that starts very subtly around 60mph, gets noticable at 70, really bad at 85 then dies down at 100.

Iv had the car aligned, then another garage checked alignment with hunter system. Alignment is perfect (except a tilted steering wheel) according to the machine.

Iv had the wheels balanced 3 times now. The last time the vibration went a bit but its still there. Im at a loss as to what the issue could be. Any ideas?

Tyres and rims were brand new.

What do you mean by tilted wheel?

Wheels or tyres are still out, best find somewhere with the Roadforce balancing machine, it balances under load not like standard one.

Not many places seem to have a road force balancer. I found one in chingford ill try this week. Thank you!

Is roadforce better than a hunter alignment? Need to get mine down.

Roadforce is wheel balancing, different thing to alignment.

The wheels or tyres could easily be balanced but misshappen.
Where are you? You should swap wheels and tyres with someone for a quick test drive to check.

Would misshapen but balanced wheels have the same issue though? Im in south east london. Unfortunately i dont know any one who has an m3 that i could swap with

Whilst you can balance any wheel it's not the same when on the road,different dynamics at play.
When they put it on a roadforce balancer they will more than likely move the tyre on the rim to remove the heavy spots or bent alloy.

@Paul Dacosta , i just came back from The Tyre Shop in Chingford. Their road force balancer fixed the issue. Thank you so much! Would never have known about road force if you didnt mention it and would have ended up buying new tyres! Apparently my tyres were all quite badly imbalanced when matched to my alloys.. just my luck. All good now though!

I paid around 170 for balance and alignment. Balance cost more than the alignment. But worth every penny as i it saved me going further down the rabbit hole

Not bad. Most places near me are around £120 for an alignement and £12 (per wheel) for a balance.
