    You can get the clip and arm separately. Have a look on eBay £30 is the going rate I believe.

    I did this was the new one on which the retaining clip broke. Pushed it on to click it into place and the end tab came into 2 pieces

    Mines snapped off too, I’ve got hold of some thin metal and going to see if I can make something up,£30 is a lot of money for such a small piece of metal needed!

    Yeah whats annoying os that this was the new one i bought and the front clip which holds it onto the wishbone broke when pushing it on

    Hi i went through a couple an thought no more .I just put a jubilee clip round the broken clip on the wishbone five odd years ago ,still on there and never been mentioned at mot time.

    The clip on mine was broke aswell, I just used a zip tie to hold it on.

    Yeah ive ended up using a cable tie but frustrating as its original bmw and broke before even using it. Rubbish quality

    The clip breaks because the metal is wafer thin. Once it corrodes you're buggered. Its such a poor design.
