Shame I couldn't have made this (working weekends far too often)..

But I did spot M3 OER this morning, I was cycling to work, and spotted a spoiler I've not seen before on a convertible at the lights by Dowty (or Safran as it now is).. I assume it's Mandy because aside from my wife, you don't see many women driving M3's to work! Glad to see the roof was down too!

It was a shame, would have been good to meet you and see your car :)
Ooh I didn't know a fellow Cutter was on my way to work - I'm driving along that road most mornings, always with the roof down if it's dry  :D Which way were you cycling? Give me a wave next time

Oh wow, your M4 sounded awesome when you went down the inside lane and I was in the queue behind you on the outside  If I'd known I would have pulled in too and said hello and had a proper gawp :D

Yes, he's just in around the block from me, we wave a lot :D His neighbour is a more local leather trimmer he introduced me to who I spoke to for a quote before I had mine done.

I didn't know there was one opposite the Hospital. The guy Nigel (the detailer) recommended has his business based in Evesham. He'd done an E36 M3 convertible which he sent me pictures, but I'm sorry I can't find them. Here's his website: http://www.customcoachtrimming.co.uk/whatwedo.htm Even though he would have been way more convenient for me (being more local) I didn't go with him because he would have needed my car for longer than I could be without it...

Any recommendations for a decent mechanic. Ideally cheap as I want diff bolts done, Euro Tips fitted and 545 Short shift done too.

I am thinking of going to an E90/92. Can anyone in the Shire take me for a spin?

Nothing crazy, I just don't want to make the wrong decision.

I'm happy to take you for a spin if you're ever in the Bath/Bristol area on a weekend. :)

Happy to take you out in mine too but it's heavily modified so not really a great comparison
