Absolutely made up that the Grand Prix Formula 1 season is kicking off again this weekend. :shades:

Despite being offshore at the minute its a major boost seeing them back at it!

Only watched a bit of Free practise 1 and already quite excited!

Been watching since it started this morning. Absolutely made up to have it back, very exciting. Although it’s been a very strange year, I feel the double headers and condensed season will make for an exciting if unusual championship.

MotoGP back in 2 weeks too, motorsport weekends are back :halm:

Really looking forward to the season

Going to be weird having not one but two races 10 minutes up the road from us and nobody there this year !

Really pleased that they have also allowed all the support races to join in too! Some of the F2 and F3 races are epic wheel to wheel battles!

BTCC back soon too! 01/02 August is the first racing weekend, unfortunately behind closed doors I think but better than nothing!

Yes, it'll be live but behind close doors to start off with, I think later rounds will have some fans, i.e. tickets sold in limited numbers to aid social distancing, restaurants closed for eat in, etc. etc. I'm guessing the pit walk will probably be stopped too and the open paddock policy probably closed!

AJ has dropped out of this season and looks like some of the driver line up has changed too!

Yay...fired up the satellite dish to make sure RTL is still showing F1 free.
BBC 5 live for the commentary.
Phew don't have to listen to that screeching Croft and his abysmal commentary.
    Win win.

The drivers are getting practice wherever they can, Colin Tarkington was in a kart at Clay Pigeon (Dorchester) last week and Josh Cook has popped up on the entry list in the same class as my lad at Castle Combe tomorrow :bugeye:

Yeah, saw that about Turks. I think Tingram is testing the Hybrid system on one of the Speedworks Corollas today, or that was yesterday.

    I’ll have a go.

    Lewis to get his 7th.

Max to finish runner, up after a hard fought season, with displays of pure brilliance in racecraft and management of worn out tyres.

Seb to finish higher than Charles in his last season with Ferrari, with a couple controversial races where he completely ignores team orders.

McLaren to claim best of the rest again, followed by Racing Point in 5th.

Renault to have a frustrating season, Dani Ric racing with no fùcks to give and still manages to make Ocon look pretty average (I’ve never understood the fuss over Ocon).

George Russell to score his first ever point within the first 3 races.

anything is possible but all that makes sense, I would maybe suggest that Renault outscore Mclaren which would throw up Ric's move as maybe not the best!

I’m sort of excited to see it back, yet I’m also suprised at how little I’ve actually missed it. Or even any sports on the TV.
