    F87 M2 LBB
SOLD: Sympathetically modified BMW F87 M2

NOW SOLD.Taking delivery of M2C in September so I thought I'd test the water to see if my pride and joy is the right car for somebody else.

    Here are the main details:

I have owned car from new, my spec/factory delivered in Nov 2016.
It's a DCT, LBB Pre-LCI original M2. Car has covered 14,300 miles and has 5 year service pack attached to VIN. Next service due Nov 2018.

Car was delivered direct to detailers where a full new car paint prep was performed, car was then coated in Gtechniq crystal serum black and PPF was applied to: Full front (wings, bonnet, bumper, headlights, mirror caps), rocker panels/lower sills, new larger pieces to replace oem around arches and small portions on rear bumper behind rear wheels.

Car has again been detailed 6 weeks ago. Single stage correction. Gtechniq removed and latest Gyeon DuraFlex applied to body work and Gyeon View to glass. Unbelievable candy shine and slickness.

The car is immaculate, no dents, not damage to body work, rear seats have never been sat in! Wheels are original, never been curbed and therefore never been refurbished. Despite all the mods, its first and foremost a "show car".

IMPORTANT and 100% Honest: This car has never ever been tracked, has never been ECU tuned, has never worn/ran any nasty piggy back devices, and honesty, has never even been launched (I can say that hand on heart - I'm not sure why I haven't even launched it but hey, I haven't - a BMW diagnostic machine will verify this).

This car has been both sympathetically and naturally modified from stock and is therefore a different and improved animal vs a stock M2. By sympathetically, I mean it 'looks right, it looks oem', 'it looks classy' and all mods have been warranty friendly oem BMW M Performance where possible. By Natural, I mean opening up the cars ability to breathe, take in more air, and get the air/back pressure out quicker. No fake trickery, no increases in boost pressure, no hex tune, no ECU fondling, just all natural.

Car was dynoed at every step of the way by Charlie at Surrey Rolling Road to see how each mod performed. Final read-out, car is running 424bhp. It's a weapon, and has only ever drunk VPower.

Car received a chassis tune at EU renowned Centre Gravity.

Oil/Filter change done at 5,000 (with OEM TwinPower).

Here's a list of all the non-factory mods:

M Performance front gloss black grills.
M Performance side gills gloss black (IND full gloss versions).
    M Performance Carbon Mirror caps.
    M Performace Carbon rear spoiler.
M Performance Carbon Interior pack (handbrake and gear knob never fitted, only DCT surround).
    M Performance Pedal Set.
    M Performance Floor Mats.
M Performace Exhaust with Carbon Tips.
M Performance Coilover Three-Way Adjustable Suspension.
OEM LCI Rear Lights. (the LCDs really freshen up the rear end).
OEM M4 CS Red Button Dash assembly (same as up coming M2C).
OEM Passenger Sun Visor without airbag/safety logos.
OEM M2C Black Rear badge (it goes without saying, only "M2" part used :)
Upgraded Eton Speaker System front and rear (fits OEM holes, replaced OEM HK speakers, Dynamat acoustic damping in doors, centre dash speaker disconnected - audio in this car is much improved ).
ASD ByPass Harness. (removes the signal from the ASD module from the audio path in the amplifier - no hiss, improved audio and zero fake exhaust noise in cabin).
Upgraded McGard Black Nickel coated wheel bolts.
    Fabspeed Sport Cat Down Pipe.
    Wagner Evo 1 Competition Intercooler.
Evolution Race Works Black Alumimium Hard Piping (hot and cold side + turbo pipe).
Pure Turbos Inlet Pipe OEM upgrade.
    ITG Panel Air Filter.
    Goodridge Braided Brake Hoses.
OEM Calipers refinished in BMW Carbon Ceramic "Meridian Gold" colour. I purchased a brand new set of calipers and has them vapour blasted and professionally refinished. I still have original blue calipers if preferred over gold.
Porterfield R4-S Pads (still have OEM Pads - choose which ones you want).
Braking system was flushed with Castrol SFR racing fluid by OEM main dealer when fitting the new calipers and pads in April 2018.
Turnermotorsport Hub Centric Wheel spacers, 10MM all round.

In terms of the factory options:

    Sun Protection Glass.
    Grey Windshield Band.
Steering Wheel Heating (does not function with Upgraded M Perf Wheel).
    External Folding Mirrors with anti-dazzle.
Electric Front Seats with Driver Memory.
    Through Loading system.
    Seat Heating Front.
    Harmon Kardon HiFi.
    Apple CarPlay.
    Enhanced Bluetooth with wireless charging.
    WiFi Hotspot.

    Other things of note:

I have recepits for everything that has been done to the car.

    I live in Berkshire.

Car looks, sounds and drives amazing.

Under full OEM warranty until Nov 2019.

Being registered pre April 2017 this car is only £240 per year road tax vs post April 2017 cars at £450 pa.

Car likely to be available end of August/early September.

    Price. SOLD

Flickr photo links added. Couldn’t for the life of me work out how to embed the images, never come across a forum that makes it so tricky/difficult to upload images. Even though all images were 800x600 JPEGs and less than 150kb it was always saying “illegal file”.

As said, there's no price. Arguably the most important part of any advert :muttley:

    £41,500 now for anyone interested.
Getting closer to having to break her up and would rather see this fine car go to a new home as she is.
