My front CS lip came with massive self tapping bolts which are very visible. Which is bugging me, anyone suggest a solution. Black flat head self tappers?

Don't the bolts go through a wider outer hole on the outside skin, then secure to the car by the under skin? In which case you won't see them when it's fitted....

There wasn’t any pre drilled holes and the bolts are so long I didn’t want to risk it.

Oh dear! Be certain to wear a mask if drilling carbon fibre. The dust can be carcinogenic if ingested.

Yes if I could find some shorter bolts I could enlarge the outer hole and hide the bolt inside?

That’s the way to do it I believe. If the under skin is thick enough to take all the stress when there’s air pressure on it at speed? If it hasn’t been designed that way, tbh I’d be tempted to put some slimmer profile self tappers through the whole thing. When we fitted my sons c/f side blades, I got some self tapping roofing screws with an EPDM washer. Did the job very well. The EPDM washer sits tight against the carbon & protects/seals the mounting holes completely.

I know I’m not impressed. Where would I get the black rivets from?

Don’t know if it’s long enough for your need , but it is strong enough , I have some extra ones laying somewhere in my garage , if you want to try them I can send you some for the cost of postage , that is if I can find them though (I bought a lot of them when I was fitting my splitter ) .

Stick some riv nuts into the bumper then just get some csk allen hed bolts to secure it? They just look like tek screws that they have given you with the kit.
