I may be biased  but...

Up close, the Alfa is really a thing of beauty, pictures don't do it justice, and the detailing is superb (carbon bonnet, carbon lip spoiler, carbon roof, carbon sideskirts) and it does the warp speed with involvement extremely well as well as being very comfortable on the motorway.

At least give it a try

Wayne, is a GTR in budget?

Sounds like your only option until the AWD M3 comes out :roflmao:

I gave up trying to do a deal on an M3cs to the M2 is staying for the medium/long term. Such a fun car.

Thing is with the GTR there still a lot of coin for effectively a e/4 year old car

This is what I mean by there’s nothing really standing out IMO, and I haven’t got £100k+ to spunk on what I’d really like

It is a lot of coin and as I get a tad older, it is a bit Playstation.

There's a couple near me who own a Nismo dealership - they have a GTR Nismo sat out on the road along with a couple of 370z Nismos. Well over 1/4 million quid in 3 cars.

F10 M5 could be considered by some to be refined, big etc...but I have never heard the words 'slow' in the same sentence as f10 m5! Are sure you had it in the right settings, gear etc. as this is a torque monster so 'slow low down' it shouldn't be !!!

You sure TC wasn't constantly kicking in ?

I’m comparing it to my tuned M3/4 and a tweaked RS3 that I did have and would categorically destroy the F10 M5 up to ridiculous speeds, yes I felt it was slow to get up to speed, my opinion so if that’s hard to equate then

Agree with this, I have had multiple TTRS and they are just ridiculously fast point to point, cant see much having a chance TBH.

My old hybrid TTRS would do 0-60 in 2.6 secs and was faster than an Enzo 60-120.

I haven’t a bad word to say about that RS! I sold as it was a good time in the market with minimal impact on negative equity etc only £300 :D

Not sure why you are get salty about my comment?

...It's a bit like Lewis Hamilton complaining that a GTR doesn't feel fast...until he tells us that he means vs his F1 car...or Buzz Aldrin complaining a F1 car doesn't feel fast but then realising he meant vs. the re-entry to the earth atmosphere.

Any sane person would question both unless they shared that context. Unfortunately my telepathy skills are lacking, so you sharing that context you had in your head, does mean that the opinion can be understood :thumbsup:

The trick in life in social situations is to remember that no one else can hear that inner dialogue you are having, so safe to try to give some context every now and then !!!

I read your first line then fell asleep mate.
I’m not getting salty, just maybe in your non telepathic state you didn’t quite grasp the context of how I said it

Ah the old 'I didn't read it', when in reality you went through it line by line - that is indeed the refuge of the weak :muttley:
