That looks awful
Do you find glancing at the normal clocks / nav screen enough of an issue to warrant fitting this aftermarket Chinese gear
Step away from the browser and leave your poor car alone!
I’m with you on this, but was meandering as I saw it was “BMW Genuine” but couldn’t understand why i’d not heard anyone mention anything about it??
Good - thanks for your voice of reason, that was a narrow escape.
Sorry mate, I just think some things are best left clean and original!
It's 100% not a BMW part. 'BMW genuine' is a meaningless phrase intended to mislead that is OEM.
It is BMW selling it.
Business seller information
BMW Financial Services (GB) Limited
BMW (UK) Limited, Summit ONE, Summit Avenue
Company registration number: 1569034
It’s too late!!!
Keith has made me see the light in that it looks atrocious regardless of who’s selling it.
Good idea though and I’d still be interested to know if anyone has fitted it.
I stand corrected.
However I still think it looks cheap and 'stuck on' - the display doesn't even look like BMW graphics. Looks more like the digital dash on a Civic.
even the oem hud on f80's is a waste of time if you ask me , a gimmick and distraction!
Ad is just for the installation kit, doesn't include the screen. Says 'Represented by part number 2 in the diagram'
The dab retrofit kit from Bmw is worse
I’ve bought the luggage net for the boot floor and going by all your comments... won’t be buying anything else from them
The luggage net is pretty good tbh.
ive seen this on a few cars recently.
One was a rover 75, the other driven by what looked like a 80 yo + granny in a dacia duster and lastly a young lad in a VX corsa N reg.
They sell similar items in the petrol pump for a tenner or so.
Whatever floats your boat but not for me.
the granny was really owning it though.
