E90 vs E92 side skirts

Chaps - are E92 and E90 side skirts the same fitment? I’m looking at carbon skirts from Forcewerkz but they advertise E90 and E92 separately. I thought they’d be interchangeable. ‍‍
Have pinged them a msg but no response yet.

I was always under the impression the E90 was slightly longer (same as E91) so I've never been able to find a set. I did contact a few places last year and I think PS Designs can source a set from the US for circa £500.

Maybe that’s it - slightly different length.
As mentioned above, Forcewerkz have them for the E90 if you’re still looking.

Yup, different length. Couldn’t find any gloss black blades for an E90 M3.

Well, other than some generic ones which you need to cut to length.

I spoke to Maxton and they say E92 don’t fit E90 and can see why they wouldn’t. Different length.

Never been a fan of these flat planks that bolt to the existing nicely sculpted side skirts. Even now that bmw offer them for new M cars I don’t think they flow at all. I seem to be in the minority on this though.

All I think of when I see them is Golf R/seat Ibiza etc.

You’d probably like the Mode Carbon skirts then. They follow the OEM lines.
