To copy the E92 competition package picture thread, how many e90 M3 owners do we have here? Pictures would be appreciated so I can see what you've done with your car.

Jerez Black with Fox Red Leather.
I think BMW only sold ~600 E90 M3 in the UK. I should imagine there will be a few in the breakers yard and a few off the road. Even so i reckon there must be still 500+ still on the road.

The only E90 M3 I've seen in person is the one that I own. I have yet to come across another during my travels.

The GF reckons she saw another black E90 in my town!

Hopefully, just passing through as i’ve not seen another E90 M3 on the roads for a good few years.

Mines a 2008 jerez black, fox red interior e90 m3 manual. Stock except 1.75 mod. We have a couple of e92s and a e93 locally but not seen another e90.

2008 E90 M3 owner here, Interlagos Blue DCT 65k with every option except extended leather & sunroof. ‘OEM+’ mods (GTS DCT, 2.5 pipe mod, MPerf LED steering wheel) - only aftermarket parts are the the pads, eibachs & spacers. Rod bearings and actuators done.

Bought the car from a fellow cutter too :D

Also I live in South Bucks so would be good to go for a few drives with local cutters - I want to find some of the best driving roads around Bucks. Northerners have it so good when it comes to driving roads. And that’s before we even begin discussing Scotland/Wales.

I have one, late 2009 LCI DCT. In that sweet spot before start-stop was introduced. Bought approved used from BMW. Space Grey, spec wise I’ve tried to keep it OEM plus. So genuine carbon spoiler, wing mirrors and front splitters. Genuine competition alloys, and for a change this time I shod them with 275/35 rear and 255/35 front MPSS tyres. Largely to protect the alloys after I had them refurbished, but they perform well too. I will say that there is the slightest of rubbing on the front when turning, but it is barely noticeable. When I was looking to buy one several years ago, they always appeared to have fewer options fitted than equivalent E92/93 models. It took me around a year to find one with all the things I wanted. Inc. Split folding rear seats, sunroof, heated seats, rear blind, DAB, carbon leather trim etc. Although frustratingly it doesn’t have folding mirrors. I drive my car so it now has just shy of 80k miles on the clock, concerned about the rod bearings ‘5 owners’, I changed them earlier this year. Frustratingly they were fine, and in all likelihood gone another 80k if treated well. However, the engine mounts had perished, these were replaced. The car had a 2-pipe mod on it on purchase from BMW, I don’t think they were aware. I managed to track the previous owner down he confirmed he had it done. Sounds fantastic and I would recommend to anyone considering getting it done. I have been previously followed by people to my destination, praised about the car and then asked if it’s for sale? I’ll always say maybe what are you offering? The last time was £10k. Joker. Car dealer too.

Also a late 2009 LCI DCT. AUC car bought a decade ago with one previous owner. Totally stock. Originally on 220M's, but riding on 260M's for the last 5 years. Only 250 LCI saloons were sold in the UK.

That means I have one of those 250. My build date is March 2011, only wanted an LCI so that I could play Bluetooth audio through the car on longer journeys.

I've got a Silverstone blue manual 2008. Weirdly there are another two white ones I see driving round the village! Strange considering how rarely they are advertised. Must be because they are so good, haha.
Obviously we could be biased, but they look so much better and you don't have to faff about getting the kids in the back.

'More door' owner here. It's more a Ringtool now as I enjoy tracking it more than doing anything else with it. At the Ring it really flies.

Various mods done to mine with some Intrax arriving in a couple of weeks. Will be fitting some Protrack wheels as well. Probably do a cage and diff upgrade next year too.

Lots of pics and updates on my build thread if anyone is interested.

No plans to sell for the foreseeable. I just love it too much! Only things I would consider would be 997.2 GT3 or Exige Cup 380.

I know of two E90 M3 (one silverstone blue pre-lci, one jerez black LCI) in south London within walking distance of another. The black one belongs to one of the cutters

I have a white one. I haven't seen other E90s otherwise. Mine is one of last ever built (28/10/2011, registered 2012), pearlescent white.

I doubt I'll sell it though, I'll probably drive it to the ground

I saw a silverstone blue E90, 08 plate in South East London about a month ago, might be the same you're talking about? It was quite near me actually.
