    E60 M5 Interlagos Blue

    5.0L V10

    81,000 Miles

FULL MAIN BMW Dealer Service History, except for last oil change at an Indy

Interlagos Blue and white Silverstone leather

Anyone familiar with these will know they come pretty loaded from the factory.

This has a few extras including the Active Front seats (Bolsters tighten as you corner), sunroof, Heated Seats etc

Also has the standard Heads Up Display, Pro Sat Nav with iDrive, folding mirrors, Front and rear parking sensors.

    A well looked after example.

MOT recently passed without any advisories

4 Continental tyres within last 1000 miles

Recent new pads and discs around

For its age its in fantastic condition

    Comes with 2 Keys

Going to be traded into a BMW Main Dealer at the end of the week.

Looking for £9000, slightly more than BMW have offered me for trade in or ill just trade it in.

I think it will need a new clutch within the next 10k so price reflects this.

£1500 for this and the flywheel at Munich Legends and other respectable M specialists

May have missed a few bits, so any questions please ask or call me on 07850 844 729

What makes you think it wants a clutch? And where are you?

    Nice car, best colour combo

if you were not in such a hurry and going to part ex you be better of doing the work needed prior to sale.

I'd be more interested in this at 12k with a new clutch fitted, than as it stands

Yeah would probably sell for more with the new clutch fitted etc, but like I said, going to BMW in a week anyhow.

Crying shame there's so little value in these at the minute. Crazy amount of car for the money. Find another car that can do what this does for 9K.......I'll wait.

I love these, such a cool car for very little money.

I think the running/repair costs can put many people off. Look at how many Mr Vanos does engine rebuilds on.

Looks awesome and I bet should sell easy at that money

    9k!!! Jesus.

I’d love to own one but I don’t think I’d enjoy it just thinking about potential engine catastrophe

How long have you owned it for mate? Was the £1500 quote just labour? Or them supplying a clutch and flywheel? On euros parts alone are £1400 is all.

That’s not bad then with parts, I’m tempted. How long have you owned it?

£9k for a 500HP V10 is just teasing. That it comes in arguably the best colour is a bonus. Biggest concern engine-wise has to be rod bearings having been done or not (is VANOS also an issue on these?), but it looks like an excellent car from the photos. Good luck.

Rod bearings and throttle actuators seem to be the most common culprits, but there seem to be a host of other less common issues that can happen. Emphasis on less common. There are owners of these V10s that have not had many problems at all and swear that internet scaremongery has given the engine a bad name.

I'm sure this engine is high maintenance, but probably not as bad as the internet makes you think.

This sounds like an absolute bargain. I'd love to have one of these after my E46, although preferably the M6

What a car been so tempted by these for the past few years, how can you ignore that for 9k! Whats the overall paintwork condition like mate? Scratches/lacquer peel dents etc
