Hey Sam. To be honest I don’t really think about it. I had spent a fair bit of money to keep the car maintained, did most of the big jobs and was using it less and less. Just felt a good time to move it on 2 years ago

It was a great car to jump in for a blast and I could drive it flat out when the opportunity arose

Can’t do the same in the F80. Not as nimble!!

Made an ok profit and had depreciation free motoring for 5 years (I ignore the running costs lol)

Gave me a great contribution to jump into an F80 when the 0% deals where on the go

Will likely get into an e46 again though. Would love your Lemans one. It’s stunning!

E46 looks are timeless, not sure if the F80 will age as well

It's nice when you sell a car and make some money on it, especially after enjoying it. It did look stunning and the current owner must be happy to have such a well looked after rare car.
I've driven the F80 and it's a fantastic car, your colour combo is one of my fav. I'd love to own an F80 at some point. There's times that i want to sell all my cars and buy something modern but once i open the door garage and look at the cars, i change my mind again :lolwsign:

There was a really rare CS individual on this forum that I passed on before buying mine in the past..has to be the best one I’ve seen.

It was IB, Manual with a special cream interior (Not champagne) and was lovely.

Wonder if the owner still has it?

    Edit:-
    Found it..shame no pictures.
