Yours is a great car. If it was mine I'd be in the same position ie If I were to replace it, it would have to be something equally special.

I ended up paying a couple of grand more to have a car with every option except TV. Looked for a year and it came up right on my doorstep at Broad Oak Canterbury in the colour I wanted as well with only 9000 miles so just paid the asking price. Just feels a bit more special to have every option ( bar TV ) on the car.

I do agree to an extent.

"don't understand it either, It's an ///M car - the focus should be on driving dynamics" I've never been a spec whore but have you ever thought owners don't exactly want to jump in the car and think they're Lewis Hamilton everytime. Nothing wrong with having the fluffy stuff.

End of the day we pay a lot for the car so the fluffy stuff is a bonus to have.

    Hahaha :muttley:

On a serious note Boba, the F80/82 series cars are really really crap, not a patch on the E92 or E46 so don’t waste your money. Your willy is big enough for the General Section of the forum so no need to dip it here also :D ;)

Jesus, Boba and I have had differences in the past, but listen to yourselves.

Not big or clever to tear into someone, without good reason in this instance.

I should imagine yellow ones don’t crop up too often so not many to choose from.
TBH I thought it was priced fairly for the age, miles and options.
Personally I think the M4 will be the better daily car but as you well know the M4 will certainly depreciate quicker being that bit newer. Slightly different but I sold my E60 M5 which was still under Mondial and very reliable for an F80 M3 and I suspect the M5 has dropped about 1k since I sold it if at all and my M3 about 6k but I tend to keep my cars for a few years so don’t worry about the money as long as I enjoy them.
