Crc Maf Cleaner Available Now

For anyone who knows, it is very difficult to get hold of CRC MAF cleaner in the UK due to the materials used.

That's expensive, very much so!! I used Servisol , does the same job for a 1/4 of the price.

I used Halfords Electrical cleaner yesterday (£4.99) and it did the job fine and has made a big difference. Plus it's readily available at most Halfrauds...

The CRC is normally limited within the remits of the US of A only.

As posted by another member - Servisol will do just the same job and is more readily available.

Is this 100% safe to use? A few people i have spoken to have advised against using any sprays on MAF's.

I followed the DIY I posted up above, verbatim, with Servisol and had no issues. Just let it dry about FULLY before putting it back in. I did mine in Summer and that helped speed up the drying.
