Bumper respray recommendation

Hi,

I need my front bumper re-painted and a small paint repair on the adjacent front wing.

Any recommendations for body repair shops in the Cambridgeshire (or adjacent county) area?

I may also get paint protection film (PPF) fitted if anyone has experience, cost, effectiveness? Also might get magnet attachable front number plate done too.
