I know this is nothing major comparatively speaking with everything else that happens on the road but to do this twice in a row really pisses me off. It's the blue micra I'm on about.

Out of interest if I'd have collided with her on mini roundabout would I have been the one at fault? (probably best to watch in 1080p or you'll miss it)

    She didn't indicate.

Yes you would have been found at fault as indicating isn't a legal requirement.

i can see the micra was indicating left at the mini roundabout but went right. have no idea how the [email protected] managed to confuse the direction of the left and right indicator stalk, something i've never managed in my life.

i usually make sure that a car is going to go in the direction it is indicating before pulling off, just not worth the risk to save a second or 2

Yeah I've nearly had an accident in past due to someone indicating the wrong way so I always make sure on where they're going before I pull out.
The second roundabout it's hard to see be she indicates right and then takes the first exit left.

Never believe an indicator as sometimes people done realize they've left them on.

If you pull out its your fault as an indicator does not mean it's safe to pull out

Yes she is a major tit, but it's still your fault if you collide with her as there's something like indicators are just and indication of where someone's turning and shouldn't be relied upon.
Maybe it was a cash for crash scam and they were trying to lure people in

The indicators on my 300SL are terrible, there is no audible indication and the standard bulbs are not very bright. I have lost count of the number of times I have noticed they are still on at an inappropriate time.

don't get me started, it feels like the standard of driving is getting worse month to month!

That and the risk of being stabbed for voicing displeasure on the roads is a real risk

indicators are just an indication so you should never take them as gospel. You'd of been at fault i believe even though common sense would say its their fault.

Common sense says do not pull out unless safe to do so. That's what courts would side with.

Sometimes there are 2 roads in quick succession where you have to indicate before the first road. If someone pulls out its them at fault.

They're are some right dozy c%&ts about.

Yesterday I had someone pull out on me going over a mini roundabout, never even bothered to look until he had pulled out on me, then turned right without indicating.

    Drive expecting the unexpected.

Wow that is seriously fecking retarded, if I didn't have a nice car I would have driven into her on purpose! How (long ago) do these people pass their test!?!??!?!!?!

Edit: I had to use my horn in anger for the first time last week, someone came haring onto a roundabout in front of me, I only missed him because I knew he was going to fast to think about stopping. Lost my first car that way, wouldn't be happy if it happened again!!!
