    I used Autobahn Halesowen to do my Rod bearings. £850 - 7 hours labour, OEM shells, bolts, sump gasket, oil filter & Castrol oil.

    That's a decent price most places are 1500 mark

    It was done as preventative maintenance but glad I did considering the state of my shells. These are my factory recalled shells on 100k miles.

    Got them done by deutschteck Milton Keynes my old ones were decent no wear marks on them.
