    Not sure whether you had a bad experience or not but when I went there they totally ignored me. I was around for atleast 30min looking at m4's..not even a Hi from the sales.

    got m4 comp from Blackpool and their service was spot on. Think they where best dealer in Uk or something with amount of wards they had on show.

    My issue was a few weeks ago. I have left numerous messages for their after service guy - always in a meeting or on a. Call, with the receptionist adamant he has already spoken/tried to speak to me. Escalated to BMW and still no contact

    Definitely worth dropping Paul an email. I am not telling you what to do but if you keep calm and tell him the facts he will listen and sort it. As I said, I know him a bit out of work and he is totally dedicated to customer service and hates any customers being mistreated. If you can’t get hold of him for any reason I am happy to pass on your details to him if it helps. Hope you get it sorted.

    Same happened to me, then they had a car I liked, called them, no one phoned be back so I thought F%&K YOU!

    I've bought 3 M4s and an M240I in the last two years, not one from them and they are 500 meters from from office.

    Won't even go there for servicing.

    Some dealers are terrible to deal with, Stephen James had me at the end of my rope today until a female Sandra took control as for the rest of them in the so called service dept shocking, BMW should give them a kick up,the arse.

    Their valeters ruined the alloys on my E92 M3 and twice they’ve tried to rip me off with service prices, despite advertising fixed prices on their website. Salesman once told me he couldn’t offer me any discount unless I took out some sort of platinum tyre and wheel care package.

    Unfortunately that’s exactly the chap I am trying to get hold of. I have called perhaps 4 or 5 times, I know he is aware of the issue, yet a call is never returned. I’m actually there this week for some work to rectify part of the issue so will try and get a face to face
