Looks a nice example but seeing as it was last serviced nearly 2 years ago / 8,000 miles ago I think you should service it for the next owner.

Also any idea why it comes up on the MOT history register as a “BMW 135”?

If I find a private buyer I'll happily sort out the service before the sale. I've received a trade offer who do not require me to service the car, so for now I'm saving the cash.

I can provide the VIN number to prove this is a genuine 1M. There are a number of owners whose cars show up as 135's on various searches. It's just inaccurate data... I welcome the due diligence though!

I noticed the same when looking for a 1M, lots show up as 135's etc on the MOT history, inaccurate data as Dominic says.

They all do for some reason. I found this very strange myself but accepted it as that’s the way it is. You know it’s a 1M when you press the loud pedal!

I’m not disputing whether it’s a genuine 1M, that’s pretty obvious, however it is something that I noticed.

Interesting that you say they ‘all come up on the MOT history website as BMW 135’ as most of the cars I’ve looked at have come up as ‘BMW M Coupe’.

It seems to be pretty random... Some show as M Coupes and some as 135. Same with some insurance companies too!
