Hi all, thinking about doing Bedford Autodrome on the 4th June with Javelin, never been there before, always do Snett, what can I expect?
    Thanks John.

    Alright John
I’ve only done Bedford once but I loved it. Big run offs in case it all goes wrong means you can really push yourself and the car, very confidence building. It’s got some good technical sections, REALLY fast back straight and some nice high speed sweeping corners that are a joy when you get them right. I really enjoyed it there, so much so I’d love to do it again but I doubt I’ll ever find it again unless I follow someone :roflmao:
Watch out for the noise too, they are very strict on noise.

Hi Matt, thanks for the info, I’m hoping I’m ok noise wise, it’s normally around 95ish, is it a pain to find then?

Well, to be fair, I couldn’t find my way out of a round room with one door so I’m hardly the best to ask.
I followed Malc down and we seemed to go through a housing estate and through a small little village to get there, my sat nav thought I was in the middle of a field. I think there was an old entrance that no longer exists. Billy is the man to talk to, he knows the place well

I’m sure I’ll find it, I’ve got “Waze” on my phone which is pretty good, haven’t decided 100% yet, but sounds interesting.....

Very easy to find using a sat nav
Brilliant track I’ve done it 3times and will continue to as it’s local enough
Noise was 101 static and 87 drive by I think
Standard exhaust no issues at all

I like it, used to go loads pre M3. Yes strict on DB test but OEM exhaust your be fine.

It favours a well set up car, plenty of run off.

I always use iphone but go through St Neots that way.

Then at T junction turn right.

Anything below 2.45 and your going well.

Lap here with Ripper, 2.48 in 40+ seconds of traffic.
