I've just purchased a bottle of Autoglym UHD shampoo as recommended by @Lewis330M  , giving it a try tomorrow.

But in my search I also found something called Autoglym Magma which apparently removes all iron particles from the surface of a car! I didn't even know that iron particles sticking to a car is a thing, let
alone it needs a special product to remove them.

Is this Snake Oil?

With the UHD I use a deep bucket with grit guard and put a decent of UHD in then use the power washer to mix it well and foam it.

Good stuff that ultra high def shampoo

something boring
Magma is like any other fall out remover, iron particles do become bonded to the car just like they do to the wheels over time, so if you're doing a full on summer or winter prep it's a good process to use before moving on to claying. Just note on a black car you won't see the reaction work
