Appreciate they're a main dealer but wondering if anyone has had positive experiences for routine servicing.

Or if I should travel to another main dealer elsewhere. I don't mind driving out further afield into Surrey, Sussex or Hampshire if there are recommendations.

    Cheers.

They are horrendous. Tried buying a car there once, they couldn’t be arsed to get off their chairs in sales

I bought a car a few years ago there and had no issues / a friend had a terrible experience there so walked out and bought an Audi - think it depends on when u happen to go in and who you speak to ! Month end / quarter end probably the best time to rock up !

Myself (for service) and my brother (for sales) have both had terrible experiences.

Never had good experience at any Cooper. Mrs bought her 135 convertible from them and that was a pain and had most recently serviced at Cooper Cobham... she really appreciates now why I’ve always travelled to Vines instead!

Thanks that's useful to know. Seems I'd better avoid them. There are awful reviews on Google too.

Thanks. Is that Vines in Redhill. I nearly bought a comp pack car from them early last year but wasn't keen on the colour. The sales exec was very helpful.

I'm thinking of going to BMW Park Lane as that's owned by BMW UK. Which I'm hoping means there'll be a reasonable level of customer care. The service centre is in Battersea and it's close to a few train stations so I can get to work and back easily.
