I'm having a dig at Rotiform because they often release designs that already exist and everyone flocks to them like they're the best thing since sliced bread. Not having a dig at you, but most of their designs are just replicas of others.

I actually have Rial Daytona 3pc wheels that I need to test fit and if they fit, I'll stick with those, otherwise my buddy will run them on his E46 M3. Otherwise I am leaning towards Aventgarde/HRE when budget allows.

The car in your OP has "normal" F8x mods, i.e. Carbon interior, M Performance armrest/handbrake/steering wheel, M Performance exterior carbon.

I see, I thought they had a decent reputation but I'm not overly familiar with them. I was concerned you might be implying they were low quality.

Quality is decent, they have a reputation within the euro/stance scene but they're nothing new in terms of designs. I'd say 75% of their catalogue if not more, are reps of already existing wheels.

In the euro/stance scene, because everyone does air and rotiforms, it isn't considered a build, or so the saying goes.

Mods look all OEM BMW as well apart from the side skirts (BMW didn't do carbon, only matte black) and the wheels.

First thing I thought when I seen that a week or so ago was “I bet that has been mapped at some point”. These cars make me a bit paranoid.

That came from someone who I know, who wouldn't make a statement like that without it being just.

Thanks for your input all the same.

Are you thinking of buying it or have you bought it already?

Is the whole idea of this thread, so you can find out info about the car and a potential purchase? Or are you simply admiring it and wanted to make a thread about it for info on the mods?

I think it's the former personally. If so, congrats.

Thankfully the wheels can be changed easily, because they ruin the car in my opinion. Otherwise I think it’s great.

I was thinking about buying it and as of today I have purchased and collected it.

The history and last owner has been verified, the car is near immaculate and very well looked after.

I may or may not change the wheels but I really like the way it sits.

I just find standard looking F8X M cars underwhelming
