Mine have arrived too, looking epic. Nothing like a shiny, well buffed tip :muttley:

    Thanks again Paul, much appreciated.

    Thanks Cliff,

Very kind of you; I'm very much at work this week but around at the weekend so let's see what the weather is doing. Worst case I could move my other car out of the garage.

    Cheers,

    David

Fitted mine yesterday. Bit of a faff but they look so much better. Thanks Paul!

Think mine touch slightly which causes a slight rattle outside of the car, but going to try and prise them apart a little. Can't hear it inside though.

Finally got mine. Attempted delivery was on the 10th but the postman didn’t leave a card through the door. Paul gave me the tracking number and i collected them this morning.

    Not sure

Fitted my tips today not sure if they look ok. If you look straight from the back you can see the old pipe coming out the back box.

Would a hammer and screw driver or chisel work for removing the rivets?

If you want to keep your old tips for spares or putting back on later then I would use the drill option to minimise damage. I've been told that drill bits have to be new, hardened ones.

Had an absolute mare of a day, couldn’t remove the diffuser so managed to get the bumper released enough at the left, no idea why it was still caught at the right. Dropped it down and chiselled the heads off. Went to fit the new tips and discovered the rivets I bought were too long. Is 6mm length what I’m after? Also went to replace a parking sensor and turns out it’s holder was glued on so now I need glue to get that fitted in again.
