As the title says really , looking at getting some security on my new car and I phoned an alarm installer and they said this is the new best thing!!!

Better than an alarm as it prevents key cloning and obd theft and even if the car is towed away the thiefs wont be able to start it !!!

Has anybody got any knowledge or for one fitted ?

Again positive replies only not the obligatory "if my car was stolen I wouldn't want it back anyway rubbish"

This is what i do for a living and I have trialled one on my e92, works well. I have mine connected to my tracking system so I can activate it via smartphone rather than by pressing vehicle buttons.

A mate has one on his 640d GT also and works perfectly.

E.T.A I confused the hell out of BMW Lloyd Newcastle with mine!!

Where did you get this fitted in the North East? I'm very keen to get one of these. Less than £400 for full piece of mind your car will be there when you wake up...unless on that 0.01% chance they come with a flatbed
